LEGACY Medical and Mental Health Clinic LLC provides primary care and other medical services in a proactive, comprehensive approach to help the community achieve and maintain better health.
OUR SERVICES
- Annual Physical Screening
Whenever you wish or need to undergo annual physical screening, our clinic is open for you. We can perform various medical procedures to keep your health in check. These may cover complete blood count (CBC), blood sugar tests, blood pressure, x-rays, urinalysis, fecalysis, and many other health monitoring procedures.
- Work/School Physical
We can administer medical/physical examinations for applicants and enrollees, which may cover the same procedures with our annual physical screening. By providing work or school physical exams, we can help them secure a medical certificate or other medical evidence when needed.
- Immunization
We provide disease-specific vaccines to help boost your immune system and stave off harmful microorganisms that cause diseases.
- Acute and Chronic Health Treatment
We prescribe and/or provide medication-assisted treatments to help you manage and recover from the symptoms of one or more acute or chronic illnesses.
- Diabetic Management
We give advice about making lifestyle modifications to help you normalize your blood sugar levels. If needed, we can also provide prescriptions or other applicable treatments for diabetes.
- Health Promotion
You can count on our medical knowledge and experience to give you expert advice and other needed support to help you make healthy lifestyle choices.
- DOT: Certification for Truck Drivers in Maryland
We can perform physical examinations so that we can provide medical certificates for truck drivers to help them comply with DOT-mandated medical requirements.
- Disability Evaluation and Certification
We perform medical tests and diagnostic procedures to evaluate persons with disabilities (PWDs). Then, after the evaluation process, we provide PWDs with a certificate that attests that they have undergone disability evaluation. This certificate will help them gain access to social services, legal services or procedures, and streamline their participation in community activities in a way that their condition is recognized.
In some ways or cases, the certificate may also help PWDs find the right care providers who can address their needs.
- Substance Abuse Management — Suboxone
We provide medication-assisted treatments, such as Suboxone, to help our clients manage and recover over time from the symptoms of substance abuse.
- Telemedicine
In the event you are unable to visit our clinic to get your needed medical advice, you can enlist in our telemedicine services. All you need is your phone, laptop, computer, or any electronic information and telecommunication devices that can help you reach out to us remotely.
